Spinning is a high-energy indoor stationary team cycling workout with the best of biking choreography and motivational coaching techniques, under the guidance of your Instructor and with the motivation of your team you will experience hills, sprints and recovery spins that present no barrier to coordination or boredom.
The Spinning workout pushes you for 45 minutes and is an awesome workout for improving both your aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength.
The great music helps to push your body to burn calories and tighten your frame. The Spinn cycles all come with adjustable handlebars, seats and pedals to maximize your comfort.
